Publishing Schedule & Cadence

Nova Journal of Computer Science and Intelligent Systems (NJCSIS) is a quarterly scientific journal published four (4) times a year. The journal is committed to maintaining a regular and timely publication schedule to ensure rapid dissemination of high-quality, peer-reviewed research in computer science, machine learning, and intelligent technologies.

Quarterly Publication Schedule

NJCSIS releases its regular issues in January, April, July, and October:

Issue 1 — January

Publication Month: January
Submission Deadline: November 15
Focus: Winter Release

Issue 2 — April

Publication Month: April
Submission Deadline: February 15
Focus: Spring Release

Issue 3 — July

Publication Month: July
Submission Deadline: May 15
Focus: Summer Release

Issue 4 — October

Publication Month: October
Submission Deadline: August 15
Focus: Autumn Release

Continuous Online Publishing & Submissions

To ensure rapid publication, accepted articles may be published online immediately under the "Article in Press" / "Online First" section upon completing final proofreading and formatting before the scheduled issue close date.

Submission Policy Notice:
  • NJCSIS accepts manuscript submissions year-round (open continuously).
  • Manuscripts accepted after an issue's closing date will automatically be scheduled for publication in the subsequent scheduled issue.
  • Special Issues or Focus Themes may occasionally be published alongside regular quarterly issues upon Editorial Board approval.
Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts at least 6–8 weeks prior to the targeted publication month to allow adequate time for peer review and editorial production.
