Open Access Policy

Open Access Policy

Immediate & Unrestricted Open Access

Nova Journal of Computer Science and Intelligent Systems (NJCSIS) provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free Open Access to all of its published content. We believe that making research freely available to the global public supports a greater knowledge exchange, encourages interdisciplinary collaboration, and accelerates innovation in computer science and intelligent technologies.

Open Access Principles (BOAI Definition)

NJCSIS defines Open Access in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI):

Definition of Open Access

By "open access" to peer-reviewed research literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.

1. Free Access for Readers

All articles are published online immediately upon completion of the editorial process. Readers, researchers, and institutions do not require a subscription, registration, or payment to access full-text PDF and HTML articles.

2. Creative Commons Licensing

All published content is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted reuse, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

3. Archiving & Preservation

To ensure permanent accessibility, NJCSIS deposits all published articles in digital archives and indexing databases. Authors are also free to archive the published PDF in institutional repositories.

NJCSIS is published by PT RYE Edukasi Kreativa Publikasi and is dedicated to supporting open science and global research visibility.
