Publishing Schedule & Cadence

Novela Journal of English Education, Technology and Innovation (NEETI) is a quarterly peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published four (4) times a year. The journal is committed to maintaining a regular and timely publication schedule to support the dissemination of high-quality research in English education, English language teaching, educational technology, artificial intelligence, language pedagogy, language assessment, digital learning, and educational innovation.

Quarterly Publication Schedule

NEETI releases its regular issues in February, May, August, and November:

Submission Deadline: December 15

Publication Month: August

Continuous Online Publishing & Submissions

To support timely dissemination of accepted research, manuscripts may be processed continuously throughout the year. Accepted articles may be published online after completing the editorial, proofreading, and formatting process and may subsequently be assigned to the appropriate scheduled issue.

Submission Policy Notice:

NEETI accepts manuscript submissions year-round (open continuously).
Manuscripts accepted after an issue's closing date may be scheduled for publication in the subsequent scheduled issue.
Special Issues or Focus Themes may occasionally be published alongside regular quarterly issues subject to Editorial Board approval.

Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts at least 6–8 weeks prior to the targeted publication month (February, May, August, or November) to allow adequate time for peer review, revision, editorial processing, and publication production.
