Novela Journal of English Education, Technology and Innovation (NEETI) is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted open access to all published scholarly content. All articles published by NEETI are freely available online to readers immediately upon publication, without subscription requirements or access barriers.

NEETI adopts an open access publishing model to support the broad dissemination of knowledge, encourage academic collaboration, and increase the global visibility and accessibility of research in English education, English language teaching, educational technology, artificial intelligence, language pedagogy, language assessment, digital learning, and educational innovation.

Open Access Commitment

NEETI supports the principles of open access to scholarly literature as described in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

Open access means that scholarly research is made available to the public free of charge, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of published articles, subject to the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license.

All articles published by NEETI are freely accessible to readers immediately after publication. Readers are not required to register, subscribe, or pay any access fee to read or download published articles.
