Archiving & Digital Preservation Policy

Long-Term Availability & Archiving Strategy

Novandra Journal of Business, Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NJBMIE) is committed to the long-term preservation of and perpetual access to all published scholarly research. To ensure that published content remains accessible to the global scholarly community even in the event of unforeseen server downtime or journal operations disruption, NJBMIE employs robust digital archiving and repository preservation systems.

Archiving Networks & Repository Services

NJBMIE utilizes distributed archiving systems and self-archiving permissions to safeguard digital scholarly content and support long-term access to published articles:

PKP Preservation Network (PN) & LOCKSS / CLOCKSS

NJBMIE participates in the Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network (PKP PN), which leverages LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) protocols to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This supports the long-term digital preservation of published volumes and issues.

1. Author Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit all versions of their article (Submitted Version, Accepted Version, and Published PDF/Version of Record) in institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, or personal websites immediately after publication.

2. National & Institutional Archives

Published metadata and full-text articles may be indexed and archived through relevant national, institutional, and scholarly repository systems, including the National Library of Indonesia (Perpusnas) digital repository and GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), subject to applicable indexing and repository requirements.

3. Persistent Identifiers (DOI)

Each article published in NJBMIE is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered through Crossref. This supports persistent citation linkage and facilitates reliable access to published articles across scholarly platforms.

Server Infrastructure & Backup Policy

The publisher maintains regular backups of the OJS database, system files, and published article files. These backup procedures are intended to support data recovery and continuity of journal operations in the event of system failure, technical disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

NJBMIE is committed to open science and long-term digital preservation under the management of PT RYE Edukasi Kreativa Publikasi .
